About Food Allergens
In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) identifies nine major allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. When you see “Contains: None of the major allergens” on our menu, it means the item is made without any ingredients from these allergens.
Important Note on Cross-Contact
We prepare all menu items in a shared kitchen. While we make every effort to keep foods separate, cross-contact with these allergens is possible.
For our gluten-free items, we use a dedicated fryer to prevent cross-contact. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in a shared oven; upon request, we can bake them on a separate tray, but they will still be in the same oven.
